I'm sorry, I want Watson as well (depending on how things turn out) but this post baffles me. The guy didn't say Howie was going to do it, just that all that mattered is how Howie feels about doing it. That's where I'm at, I root for certain things but my rooting has no control over what Howie will do, otherwise there is no Hurts here in the 2nd round

I'm hoping they can add a safety in FA, then add another in round 1 or 2. Brisker is definitely on that short list. I'm hoping they can make a couple trades. Snag another 2nd rounder and start to add quality picks in 2023.

Sure that's a big factor too but it still speaks to why you can't just look at Reagors targets and project that to future WR2 production.  1) he sucks 2) Hurts isn't great 3) because of 1/2 they reduced the number of pass plays. Unless they're fully committing to Hurts for the future and accepting he won't process beyond Smith/Goedert which I think we can all agree would be silly 

We have bigger needs than WR for sure, but I'm also not avoiding them in the early rounds because of Reagor's target numbers this year.

Give you an example...  The Eagles Roster equals about the size of the Flyers/Phantoms roster(both local). 

I can name 4-5... maybe more arrests on the eagles and cant remember the last time a hockey player got in trouble. Baseball too. Reading Phillies and Phillies have huge rosters and cant remember anything. But I remember Shady in the bar fight, Shady with a ridiculous home owners claim that I was a part of, Jalen Mills got arrested. Hollow-point Huff,  Nigel Bradham and who was the idiot who got signed on Monday, DUI on Tuesday and cut on Wednesday lol 

Some of those guys barely have money for food, they aren't big timing it anywhere.  Minimum salary in the NFL is $660,000.

Minor league players saw weekly minimum salary increases at each level this year. Players at Class A saw a bump from $290 to $500; Double-A players jumped from $350 to $600; and Triple-A players had salaries increase from $502 to $700.

I'd say that's dramatically different.   If you are earning $700/wk, you don't have the money or the time to do anything too stupid, you likely have a second job somewhere to help pay the bills.   Granted, these are the minimums, but it goes to show the vast difference in the salaries you are discussing.

Boy the NFL used to have great logos for events, trophies and awards.  They continue to blah themselves.  New logo on top, old on bottom.  Not that the bottom was anything great but yuck.
