Point being nothing is easy and easy money is gained as easily as it's lost.

Wise words.

Vegas is amusing for a day or two but I think it's gotta get old living there.  I was there for a conference for a week and was absolutely tired of being in that city by the end.  Seems like everybody's trying to rip you off for some reason or another.

When it comes to Safety prospects, I really like Lewis Cine. He was all the over the field making plays in the National Championship.

But I'd rather see if we have a shot at a veteran like Marcus Williams.

Gimme both.

I only traveled to Las Vegas once.  It was for 6 days and I golfed every day; played the courses in Mesquite on a couple of days.  Went back to the hotel and relaxed at the end of the day.  The only shows playing as I recall were Gladys Knight, Blue Man Group, Celine Dion, Cirque de Soleil .... all too expensive for my taste.

Only ever saw the strip from the highway; that was as close as I wanted to get.

It’s actually a pretty interesting sport. Lot of strategy going into each delivery of the stone.  Very serious etiquette.  A sport that can be played by all ages.  Mostly league play with the tradition of broomstalking afterwards, basically breaking bread and quaffing a brew amongst all the players.  But then again, I enjoy bowling and bocce, although bocce tends to be male dominated around here.  In Baltimore they play duckpins. Never could do that worth a darn.  Same social aspect to the sports.

Curling is the only thing I have interest in for the Olympics.   Summer or Winter.   And I DVR every match and watch with great anticipation.

When I lived in Utah we used to go to Vegas maybe 2 times a year.

Haven't been for a while but last time I went we had my son with us who was about 4 at the time and two show " girls" pink feathers, pink bikinis pink boots saw and asked if they could get a pic with him, I'm 75% sure  both were dudes In drag🤷‍♂️ makes for a good story when he gets older, grandma wasn't pleased when she saw it.

Love Vegas, then again neither my wife and I gamble or drink, we go for shows, food, and shopping and usually go to valley of fire to hike which isnt too far out of Vegas.

I think most studies have shown that NFL players get arrested at rates much lower than the general public.  I know there was one study of sports and acts of violence for youth and young adults which showed football players were more likely to get into fights.   I don't know whether NFL players are arrested more frequently than other sports.  Arrests aren't always reported.  I think the perception is driven by the reports.

People make stupid choices all of the time regardless of income.  I think that probably not every minor league player that gets arrested makes the news.

That is also true.  It's not news if some random plumber gets arrested for battery.  No one really cares.  And minor league baseball/hockey players have roughly the same level of gravitas associated with them, unless they were a high draft pick.

Lol yeah

This is the reaction we get most often when we tell people we go to Vegas and don't gamble or drink

Actually my wife takes 10  bucks down and plays video poker until she either doubles it or loses it.

If she doubles it she comes back with krispy kream donuts, if not no donuts☹️

So... your wife does gamble.

Yes 10 dollars.

I played the nickel slots once, I lost two bucks, that was enough for me, never again😡

Honestly, Marcus Williams is an Eagles type signing.

No more Cooter in Philly. Fletcher Cox is demanding a trade.

I have been to Vegas a few times.  It's a spectacle and there's good food. Usually I will play some blackjack but nothing more than a $25 table.  It seems like most of the casinos smelllike smoke.  Walking down the strip is like going to a carnival but instead of clowns there are show girls and pimps.

Feel like this is a lost opportunity on a lot of jokes. Sad it was never announced.

I like Hill , followed by McKinley , Pitre  and Jaylon Foster

Was gonna say how the hell did I not know he was with the Eagles

Same thing that Kiper and McShay reported a few days ago. Kayvon looks to not be at the very top of team's draft boards.

I mean gambling and drinking are the appeal of Vegas. You can find good buffets anywhere. Definitely was surprised to read that but to each their own. Krispy Kreme's are awesome though.

I thought you would have been more of a luge type.

Ah, what could have been...starting wideouts could have been Metcalf and Jefferson. Carson may still be here. So many butterfly effects from one or two draft picks here and there.
