Cook makes so much sense in terms of value, fit, and need. Another option would  be Dameon Pierce in Round 4 or 5, too.

I’d rather have Rachaad White than Cook.  Bigger, better hands, better balance and vision IMO

I just realized I am going to be away at Disney during the NFL combine. :o

But you’ll still be back in time for the draft to see Howie make some Goofy picks

This might be best case scenario. Now you can record it and fast forward through the commercials/nonsense. You’ll save about 6 hours of your life.

Glad Collinsworth is calling the game. Ppl hate him but he’s the best.

I’m on your side of this argument. I’m not sure about the best, but I think he does a good job.

Romo , Aikman  , Collinsworth. In that order for me

Rooting for this guy to win the SB

I like Cook, but I want someone else to pair up with him.

Bit of a stretch there but okay.

I don't understand why some hate him.  Not sure he's the best but he's up there.

Romo was good when he first started, it was something new and different.  But now he's just super annoying.

Brooks , Smith , White  my 3 favorite RBs

Dont think "hate" is a good term to use cause I think that is incorrect.

He is very bias towards certain teams. To me someone in his role can not allow that to happen.

I have an opinion I can defend. People may disagree, but the people who disagree spent a lot less time thinking about it than I did.

At first it was a dumb idea because "we can't afford to trade Mailata and pay Wilson's salary." That was quickly debunked. Then it was a dumb idea because "the dead cap alone will wreck us." I showed how that was manageable. Now we are at the "the Seahawks will never demand three first round picks for Wilson, so we can offer a lot less and get him" stage of the discussion.

My stance hasn't changed. The arguments against it have changed, and I have simply responded. That's not being fervent. And, truthfully, I don't care that much. I am on the record as thinking the team shouldn't trade for Wilson or anyone else.

I am simply outlining a scenario where, if we trade for Wilson, we could do it in a way that gives us the best chance to win right away.

You and others don't have to agree with it. But many also called it a dumb first and then spent multiple posts trying to come up with reasons it is actually a dumb idea. All of which I took into account prior to suggesting it.

I am not a guy in here every day spouting nonsense. But if I say something, I have generally spent time looking into it. So what you call being fervent is simply a residue of not randomly coming up with ideas.

You have yet to show how it would financially work.  Trading Mailata puts us over the cap, and any money paid to Wilson puts us further over the cap.

When you show us any financially how it would work, then you may have something.  Otherwise, you have the worst trade in franchise history that is also financially impossible.

See I don't get that either.  I've watched many games with Collinsworth calling it and I don't really see any bias.

When a team does something stupid he isn't afraid to say so and call the team out on it.  I can see how some fans will think that means he doesn't like a certain team but doesn't mean he's bias.

Kenneth Walker for me.

I have seen him bias in certain games in past with certain teams. It was extremely glaring in the Eagles/Patriots Superbowl.

Will be interesting to see how he calls this Superbowl and the comments he makes about both teams and the calls etc with Cinny being his past team.

I think Cook would be a great addition to this team with his abilities. I would to pair him with Robinson Jr from Alabama. Bama and Georgia just always produce efficient RBs in the NFL and these two would be a great match together.

I would love going into next season with Robinson, Cook and Gainwell. I just dont trust Sanders to be a long term player with his injury history. I would get a trade if there is a buyer, if not hes in the mix with the 3 named above and would be a teacher to the younger group.

LOL.

Of the teams that we can trade down with in RD1, the Cards are the best bet to implode in 2022. Their GM/coach will be on the hot-seat.

I saw an article online that made me chuckle — Kyler Murray traded for Baker Mayfield.  If Murray does force his way out it’s actually not that out of the question, though.

Heard he wants a contract avging almost 50 mill a year lol.

Dude is no where near that type of QB. I wouldnt want him in Philly.

Read the Ravens might part with Jackson as well due to his limitations as a passer and his contract expectations. Would be the best situation for the Ravens. Dude is a good RB but a below avg QB. Wouldnt come anywhere near his demands for a new contract.

These QBs are getting out of hands with contract demands. Owners have to put the foot down and start moving on when enough is enough
