I thought I was a franchise player.  I thought I was untouchable.

In the end though, he asked to be traded.   Me?  I'm just like Kyle Kendrick.

Might be in the minority here, but I'm gonna miss Al Michaels and Michelle Tafoya on SNF. Been a team for a long time, and Michaels is a legend.

Michaels should have retired at least 5 years ago; he doesn’t see the game anymore.  Call me sexist, but I always thought Tafoya looked older than Michaels

I was never a big Carson Strong fan , senior bowl hurt him more than it helped , big , strong arm , injury prone  ,statue . I would guess he is still available late rd 2 early rd 3

only QB I take early is ,Corral  , but I would still RS him .

Random...but I wonder if we see a Derek Carr for Wentz trade that mirrors the Stafford for Goff trade.

What assets do the Colts have that they could make that trade? I can't see Ballard wanting to give up 1st round picks 2 years in a row just to get rid of Wentz.

Over half of Strong’s  throws last year , we’re one read   Deep balls to a WO , he has a long way to go , mix in being a statue , with questionable knee , no thanks .

Brugler has Strong 60th on his top 100, which came out the other day.

Wow i can’t believe he just walked away. I can’t tell but hopefully he walked to tell someone but just looked casual walking away. Even his wife went to see if she was ok. She apparently fractured her spine as well.

I get not trying to grab her but just turning and walking away is terrible.

To be fair to Stafford, he might have been S faced at that moment.

Well idgaf about your ridiculous definition of decline.

It actually makes some sense.   Look at 2017 from the perspective of Nick Foles 2013 season.   That season, Nick was phenomenal yet the only time he came close to that production was the very end of 2017.:(BTW, Nick has two jerseys in the HOF, one from the 7 TD game against the Raiders in 2013 and one from the Super Bowl.  As much as I recall, Wentz has none).  So would you say that Foles declined or rather that he had a career year in 2013 and a great finish in 2017?   From that perspective, it appears 2016, 2018, 2019 are Wentz and 2017 was the career year.

He saw what happened.  It's not like he didn't know what was going on when she fell.

I’m pretty sure his wife as also plastered during that parade and she at least showed concern to see if she was ok when she fell.

I am listening to his podcast with Lance Zierlein.  Zierlein said he only had 1st round grades on 23 prospects. Brugler seemed to agree with him on that take.

He's definitely not getting my HOF vote now.

Curious to see which 23 he has first round grades on. Brugler can likely tell by his recent top 100. Would be interesting to compare zierlein’s top 23. I don’t think zierlien has come out with his yet

Whew.

Jalen Hurts would never, that’s for sure.

Just imagine if there were people there to break her fall.

I hope he writes a letter to the parade organizers.

Bet some PI lawyer talks her into suing Stafford despite the fact she backed off the stage.  They will also claim the venue is at fault for having a slanted stage and no railing.  California is a pure comparative negligence state.  That means even if she has considerable fault, she can collect for others’ faults. So you play on the heartstrings of the jury against those deep pockets and hope the jury decides, well they are probably insured so let’s throw some money her way.  CA has a Good Samaritan law but it has exceptions of acting responsibly.  There is no duty to render care.  He is away from her with elevation and probably drunk.  No condition to render aid in a responsible manner. Hate to say it but he made the right move as the stage was surrounded by others more able to render aid.

It would’ve been one thing if he went to go get help knowing she fell and that was more vital then asking if she was alright. But from all reports he just walked away and began having a conversation like it didn’t happen.

Could be.  He is drinking from a water bottle... but it could be vodka.

Jalen would have been down there to catch her.
