Does anyone in PA have a garage with a hose inside, or a utility sink? If so, is your garage heated in the winter? Or does insulation and a good insulated garage door keep it from freezing?

I use to have sub contractors working for me when I lived in PA , 1099 , there was a statutory limit of workman’s  comp required

I understand why they are doing it the way they are... just saves them a ton of money in travel for the inaugural season.

We used to get into Houston Gambler games for free.  But without Jim Kelly at QB and Jack Pardee and Mouse Davis running the Run n Shoot, I suspect I will be bored.  IIRC the Stars were a pretty good team.

My garage is insulated and I have a high end insulated garage door. Lowest I have seen the temperature this winter is 42 but it also faces south and is separated from the north side by a heated mud room.  Only heat in my garage is my ceramic heater which is only on when I am at my work bench. No hose or sink in the garage.  (Mud room does, but it is heated.)

We really need to expand the "like” button for a rolling on the floor laughing emoji and a puking emoji but just for posts of mock draft games.

We had a hose in our garage in Altoona.  In the winter months I took the hose off and put one of those insulation covers on the faucet, I got from Lowes.  Had one in the back of the house too.  The piping is inside the walls so it should be much warmer than the outside temp.  Our garage got stupid cold, but never had an issue.

Im having builders come tomorrow to discuss a garage addition on the house. Id potentially like a sink and a hose inside (my parents have this and my dad is able to wash his car in the winter), but they have natural gas and a heated garage set to 49 degrees. I dont have gas, and cant get gas where I live. Theres no way Id be wanting to run electric heat all winter. So I wasnt sure if those things would be doable for me.

Id like to put a ductless heat/ac unit in there but not meant to to run all the time. Only if I feel I need it while doing something in there.

Frost free hosebibs extend to shutoff in a crawlspace or a basement so they won’t freeze unless a hose is attached and the water can’t drain out.   They run 6” long up to 14” long.  
 If you have an electrical outlet nearby you can get heat tape, it comes 6ft, 12ft, 24ft, etc. They run on really low wattages, especially the 6ft which is all you would need for a sink to wrap the hot, cold, and the trap on the sink.

You don’t have to , remote control 

Part  of my house is regular heat  , other areas of my home are all wood floors and ceilings , I have 7 mini splits in those areas , lots of cathedral ceilings 30 ft

I know. But still, every night for months, when its cold outside, and sometimes even all day when its a really cold day? I think thatd have to run way more than Id want it to.

I’m a plumber, as long as the garage is attached to the house, there should be a plate 2x10 usually between the house and garage.

No waterlines, lol, but you see the trap going through the wall. As long as that’s a heated part of the home, the heat tape will work fine.

Ive drawn up a sort of blueprint looking plan of my vision in my head. Theyll eventually make it an actual workable blueprint and maybe suggest a different placement for the sink than where I have it. Im sure theyll have suggestions. I just wasnt sure if it was something too stupid to even ask for. It sounds like its worth bringing up and hearing what they have to say.

I suggested a ways back that a thumbs down emoji be added.  A middle finger emoji would be nice too.

Someone posted that PFF free agent list earlier. Interesting read since they break down the players’ best fits schematically and role-wise and take a stab at their eventual contracts.

If those projections are close, Howie killed it with his deals for Mailata, Goedert and Sweat. 

Based on their contract projections, I’d be happy with Chark or Gallup at WR.

At safety, Marcus Williams would be way too expensive. I’d be interested in Xavier Woods, who is fairly versatile for a FS. I’d also take a shot at Justin Reid
