So we use 1 1st rd pick on a trade for Jimmy, we trade 1 1st rd pick for nexst year 1st rounder to give us 2 next year. A

When we have new prospect QB ready to play, we trade Jimmy and Hurts for picks, getting back what we used on Jimmy.

Anything we give for him we will get back later.  You need to have a better QB than Hurts play if you want your young WR's to develop. And If Rodgers, Wilson Watson Carr are not avail, who esle you got?

JFC...no one has been more critical of Hurts longer than me...I started it the night we drafted him.  But this is getting ridiculous.  

You have to have a better QB if you wish to develop your young WR's... and it isn't Hurts- SO who else you got Minshew? If they thought he could they would have already made that switch LAST SEASON.

If they trade for Jimmy G they will draft a QB high, it’s right out of the Lowie playbook. Over invest in the QB position and trade one of them later.

You guys act like all these picks we have will turn into gold, you keep forgetting who is picking with those picks. over 1/2 of Howies picks are throw aways anyway. Might as well get some actual value for some of the picks. 

Sad that I feel the need to clarify, but unless we absolutely ripped the 49ers off, I think it would be beyond foolish to acquire Jimmy G.

This is dumb.

1. I know of only 1 poster in here who thinks Howie is good at drafting.  We have elephant-esque memories about Howie and drafting 

2. Jimmy G for a 1st or 2nd day pick is not good value for this team.  Every time I read Jimmy G I think of Mark Sanchez.
