They wanted to trade up for Cooks but couldn’t so then targeted HaHa and he went the pick before so they traded back and then panicked

*didn't

They said after the draft the price was a 1st and a 3rd and they thought it was too rich. They ended up with Marcus Smith and Josh Huff with those picks.

An example of why I believe if you truly love a player, go get them, unless the price is so unrealistically absurd. Better than taking two guys you don't love nearly as much.

DIllard isn't a flop, he showed last season he can start at LT in the NFL, just had bad luck, first the Bicep, then the Jolly Green Australian.

I don't think he's a flop but he struggled as a rookie and was beat out by Mailata this season.  He played better this year.

Dillard is somebody's starting LT, just not the Birds

Did he struggle as a rookie though? He was fine, Mailata just turned out to be a stud.

Vince Young?

Jim McMahon, maybe Sonny Jergenson... he's a Hall of Famer.

Something that I’ve heard a few times from draft analysts about Drake London that hints at some hidden upside is that he played basketball at USC and just started focusing on football a couple years ago. He might be able to separate better with a little more focus and refinement.

He probably needs to add more weight though, no? I guess it depends on what he weighs next week.

Not really, London is a consensus Top 10-15ish pick throughout the draft intelligentsia community.

A "Howie is smarter than everyone" pick would require him picking someone like Tolbert or Bell in the 1st.

Bryan Scott > Jalen Hurts

Some ballers here.

Visor. Wristband. 2 Nike bands on non-throwing arm and a crooked middle finger. Iversonesque shooting sleeve on his throwing arm. football even has a custom paint job with that fancy stripe on it.  apple watch on the throwing wrist maxes out the accelerometer with each dart thrown. drip level 100. swag.

#18 to make the statement "I can read defenses like Peyton Manning."

Watch him be better than Hurts.

What a terrible organization

Are the commies that dumb that they call NFL championships "Super Bowl victories”.  Guess 2017 wasn’t the Eagles first then.  Do AFC teams get to count AFL championships?

I’m sure it’s been discussed here, but just heard Colin Cowherd and PFT say the Eagles should give up 3 firsts this year, plus one next year and a player for Russ. Thoughts?

Cowpad fan daydream.

Sydney Jones is dumb being on the list. Before his injury he was considered the best CB in the draft. Kinda dumb to say it was a bad pick at the time in the 2nd round. Now Watkins, Reagor, Smith and Whiteside could be on the list for sure.

Walker going really high. Drake London 7th. Whew.

I would be very happy with this draft. Ojabo is that speed end rusher this team desperately needs, high upside. Wyatt is underrated. Could be the best all around DT in the draft. Paring these two up on the line would be fine by me. I really like Wilson, would make a very good pairing with Smith. I don't know if I would have went this route but I couldn't complain.

Walker will be a stud, he may be my favorite player in this draft. DJ knows his stuff and has outlets throughout the league. Of course he's going to our rivals, typical Eagle luck.

Great draft, most of all because of the Hamilton coup. I hope Howie is watching
