1.1 Most disruptive defensive player available

1.3 Trade into 2023 as QB ammunition

2. Fast WR.  Consider trading up in round 2 for this.

I always thought the best value in the draft was trading up in round 2.

There are a ton of below avg players that last 10+ years in the NFL.

Point is his top athletic results in the combine did not make him a star in the NFL. So the testing has nothing to do with how well they will perform. If so Davis would have been one of the greatest TEs ever. He wouldnt even make the top 50 list of TEs.

Strange hill you're on.

Watching the all 22 film of the playoff game, Watkins with a real QB would have had 250 yards and 4 TDs

He's clearly winning deep and was only credited with 1 drop all year. He made some great catches and bailed out Hurts many times

I don't think he's a WR2, but I think he's a legitimate WR and worthy of playing time and looks

Yup, if hurts could get him the ball when he was open he has over 200 yards that game.

Was so frustrating to watch Watkins get open down the field and hurts under or over throw him.

You think that is good for a 15 year career? Esp with all the hype he had coming out of the combine as a top 5 pick?

I honestly cant tell if your just joking or not.

I think that's extremely good for exhibit A of athleticism not translating.

(Although he's not exhibit A for that...plenty of combine warriors who flamed out).

The Bucs dropped Vea and Suh into coverage and watched two DBs sack Hurts.

There isn’t a lot of optimism for him to vault into a top 10-12 QB IMO.

This coming from a guy who thought it was smart to create a name "Wentz_Era"

One player with top athletic results that did not make him a star in the NFL is not evidence that testing has nothing to do with how well players perform.  The whole combine process is not rendered irrelevant because Vernon Davis isn't one of the greatest TE's ever.  That's a huge leap.

This isn't a binary process.

There are several exceptional, explosive talents in the NFL who showed glimpses of that in the workout process.

Strongs deep ball to Olave was perfect.

Too bad he can’t hit the guy on a 10 yard crossing route.

Eh, most of us were all in on Wentz the first couple years. If you had asked me in ‘17 if he’d be where he is now I would have never guessed it in a million years.

Yep he missed it all season.

How sad that even a kid knows we need linebackers. You have to laugh but it's really pretty damn pathetic

These 40s can’t be real right? I refuse to believe some of these times.

Im still a Wentz supporter but I wasnt dumb enough to make a name after him.

Whats funny is this guy jumped ship quick and was a Wentz hater. LOL

To his credit, Gio seems to know his stuff. I think he has a legit future in the football world if he can get some good mentors and learn more X and O stuff. Luckily for him, he’s beloved by football world so shouldn’t be a problem to find some mentors

I read that Casserly is no long the guy recording the times, somebody new. Wonder how that affects it.

Yep. He was ok

Bo Melton is a guy I haven’t paid attention to but really need to watch.

At least for us as Eagles fans.  He was famously taken over Warren Sapp...but Sapp crushed the combine too.

Do we know all the QB’s the Eagles interviewed?   I saw Corral, Howell, and Strong, and they interviewed Strong at the SB as well.. They must like Doubs, or Turner.
