Kelce is too light to be able to play OL, but he's clearly not, because he does have exceptional speed and quickness and agility. It matters. It matters if you have a pulling center and most teams don't because their centers don't run 4.8s but what they do do is beat people up inside a phone booth and move people off the ball Kelce isn't super strong at the point, you put him head up on a 330 pound NT and he's nullified, ask the Bucs, he's best out in space where he can get out and pick off LBs and DBs but blowing guys off the ball at the point has absolutely nothing to do with how fast an OL can run 40 yards, has more to do with leverage explosiveness and strength which are better measured by other drills other than running 40 yards in a straight line

A WR that takes games off, with another WR (Reagor) who takes games/plays off with a QB who can't throw. Sign me up.

After his selection, there were 56 players taken. 2 pro bowlers (Hunter Renfrow - WR, Jake Bailey - P) 1 All-Pro (Jake Bailey -P) 17 have started a game in the NFL. 20 have never played a single snap in a regular-season game. 2 DT have started at least a game for their team (Kingsley Keke, Byron Cowart) 0 DE have started or played meaningful snaps in the NFL. Maybe that draft was not as deep as people remember. It was top heavy and Howie drafted essentially a back up LT.

A bad 40 time may not disqualify you from being a good OL (Frederick, Brown) but a really good 40 time is a strong indicator of being a really good OL (Kelce, Armistead, Johnson, Wirfs). I discount it for almost all the other positions but not for OL. I'm sure there are plenty of OL through combine history that have had faster than average position 40 times and sucked. Tony mandarich and his 4.65 comes to mind.

March 4, 20223 yr Braxton Jones another OL I’m a fan of 5.03 , he will surprise in drills , good athlete
March 4, 20223 yr Christian Watson ran a 4.38 at 6’5”? Have to imagine he just jumped up a round or two

A player that was consistently mocked in the top ten of the 2019 NFL draft taken at pick number 22, for a team that had Jason Peters on his last legs, is NOT the BPA? While Dillard did not work out, he is exactly what you want this team to do when they are drafting. Not get cute like they did with Reagor.
