Worst case scenario is both are gone.

I expect these players to likely go ahead of those two, not a mock draft btw:

1-Aidan

2-Kayvon

3-Neal

4-Ike

5-Cross

6-Walker

7-Hamilton

8-Expected QB Pick

9-Sauce

10-Stingley

11-Wilson

At that point, it's who knows. They could go in the next 3 picks and we are F'ed, I would highly consider a small trade up to 11-12 and go get Ojabo/Johnson.

We're not coming out of the first round with Hamilton, Walker or Gardner and that bums me out. Hate when I covet guys who are gonna go too early.

That still leaves lots of good players. The OT class is going to go quick, because there's quality at the top, not a ton of depth./

Agreed

and i think a strong argument can be made for corner as well.

As much a i like Llyod there will be LBs in rd 2 as well

Yup

two down lb

Yep. This is how I’m feeling right now. Get an edge and corner in round 1, because I think the value really lines up well at those spots. The third first round pick is a a wildcard. I really like Brisker, but admit that’s likely too rich for him. Likely round 2 is a sweet spot for safety/LB. Round 3 I’m not sure what looks like value there. Maybe WR?

Day 3 looks stacked at RB/TE/C/WR.

Sauce Gardner

Good for both.

And a local kid from Bridgeton, NJ.  Can play in the box or centerfield.  He has an aggressive nature for making plays and that sometimes gets him caught with his eyes in the backfield, but that's coachable.  I like him for 1 of our 3 picks in the 5th Round.

Great for Joseph.

Good think we won a bunch of meaningless games…

Meh. More annoying that Indy and especially Miami stole a few games.

Cine would be an awfully good pick just doubt he makes it to our second rounder

Sorry for the off topic question but I know there will be more traffic in this thread.

Are there any Dover, De fans in here? If so do you guys get the Eagles games or is it a Washington/Baltimore market? It looks like I’ll be relocating for work and just looking for what to expect. Also curious for Sixers and Phillies games.

I’m in Lewes, we had all but 4 games this season, I believe Dover missed 2.

I wonder if this means Giants are going corner in the first.

I decided to fix the DL. I actually meant to draft  Jordan Davis instead of Winfrey. Both were there and I clicked the wrong one.

Ojabo, Wyatt, Reagor, Sweat. Backed up by Graham, Jordan Davis, Milton Williams.... and of course Malveaux. Bonitto at LB can be considered an addition to the pass rush as well.

Suspect we address S in free agency. And WR.

Safeties linger… someone on the board reminded me of Chinn, I was thinking Adderley and Thornhill.

They need o-line too. I would be ticked if they nabbed Sauce & Walker.

Foster and Cross to under rated  safeties  , big fan of both .

Booth & Gordon are two corners that should be there at 15. Not sure where Stingley fits into the first round.

I’m going to throw out a bold prediction that in the 14 picks before the Eagles are on the clock,  only 14 players will be chosen.

If the fear is that there won’t be a quality edge rusher when the Eagles are on the clock at 15 then you need to go through what the first 14 selections will be.  There are a few players who are not edge rushers who are currently slated to go off the board in consensus mocks:

Ekwonu, Neal, Hamilton, Gardner, Cross — that’s 5 spots

Most mocks I’m seeing have Pickett and Willis as top 15 picks — that’s 2 more (I think 3 QBs will go before our picks but let’s say 2)

So, let’s say the worst case scenario is the other 7 picks are ALL DE or DT, that’s a list of:

Hutchinson, Thibodeaux, Jermaine Johnson, Trayvon Walker, Ojabo, Jordan Davis, Karlaftis

So, worst case scenario the Eagles would be left with a choice of Stingley, Booth, Dean, Lloyd, Leal, Daxton Hill — only talking defense here — there’s also Wilson, Burks, Green, Olave ….. I think there will be lots of good players left in that 15-19 range no matter how the board shakes out

I agree

Wyatt not in there?
