You know all those designed Jalen Reagor plays which are just a complete waste of time?

WAN’DALE ROBINSON might be able to execute them. If he’s available in the early 4th round he’d make sense.

The failure is more scheme/design than receiver issue.  The blocking is routinely bad on those plays, the defense often sees it coming and will have multiple defenders in the area.

I heard he spent the morning helping underprivileged youth, worked a soup kitchen at lunch and then on his way to workout he rescued a litter of puppies from a burning vehicle.  All will be uploaded in a highlight video later this morning.

Then he likely did more than you and me this morning.

Meh. We could use a bigger receiver who can win isolation routes and can win against press coverage on the outside. Moonlighting in the slot isn’t a big deal for a WR with poor agility testing. We’re not asking him to win option routes. We’re asking him to outmuscle safeties/nickels/linebackers and to block.

How have Reagor and JJAW worked out. Awful agility scores. I don’t want a WR that can’t separate, however many contested balls he wins in college. Agility scores are also a measure of body control and quickness. In the WR the Eagles need, that matters.  And fluid hips in a WR, especially on one that is running the kind of slants, flats, comebacks, curls, outs that Nick favors.

They’re bad football players, period. Their agility drills aren’t the reason why.

Why does no one seem to care that Daxton Hill obliterated the Combine?

I do. Been high on him for months.

In 2022 secondary guys aren’t allowed to play defense. Unless a guy runs in the 4.2’s, production and agility are almost the only thing that matters for a WR.

That’s not true.

no better background noise in the world.

Slow enough where you dont need to watch every pitch, fun enough to stop what your doing for 5 seconds when osmething important happens.

I play in 2 horse shoe leagues, both have the Phillies on in the background.

My uncle is pretty good at horse shoes, sounds like an excuse to throw stuff while drinking🤷‍♂️

It’s good to see the freaky athleticism show on the field, too. He makes a decision quickly, then goes 100 miles per hour.

Caplan and Mosher said on their pod that they individually heard from sources that the Eagles are interested in JuJu.

JuJu blocks, can play both inside and out (yes he's been in the slot a lot) and is an upgrade over Reagor. He also has a very different skillset than other our WRs. As long as the money is reasonable, sure.

Meh. Seems like an Eagles type signing.

Definitely an upgrade over Reagor and Watkins. Shouldn't cost too much. Not my first choice by a long shot, but I would be okay with it.

I believe it since they reportedly tried to sign him last year.

I'm fine with that as a ward replacement.  Should be reasonable cost.  Hope they still draft a guy opposite Smith.

JuJu is exhibit A that just because someone is an upgrade doesn't mean they are good enough to invest in.

Is he better than Reagor?  Sure.  Is he worth committing to a long-term deal and big investment?  No, not by a long shot.

Don't think it's a big investment,  or long term. He's a prove it contract type of guy

1 year prove-it deal is more than reasonable. JuJu is not getting big money.

And Baby Boomers dislike him which is a plus.

As the #3 option in this offense, he'll put up the worst numbers of his career here.  So we should probably worry about CTE if he chooses to come here on a prove-it contract.

They also mentioned some form of interest in Richie James.
