You know he will, I know he will, we all know he will.  It's completely deflating.  There is so much to be excited about with this draft.  The Eagles could potentially do in one draft to their defense, what took the Redskins 4-5 drafts to do.  

Ugh, I have zero faith in Howie to make good picks.

He had a tough game against Diggs but I don't think he was bullied.  I also think the game was tougher because of bad passes.  I don't remember the Giants game.

All this weeping and gnashing of teeth for a draft yet to come. Lest we forget, Howie nailed the last draft including insisting on Miami’s #1 rather than the 49ers’ #1. Made a difference of 14 and seemed at the time to be contraindicated.

Yeah, that's why they're getting him at a lower AAV. Still a good contract for them long term IMO.

February to September is 7 months. Its realistic to think he can be back then, possibly for week 1. If not, I wouldnt expect him to miss much of the season at all. October at the latest. We have seen players come back in 6 months from ACLs. 7 or 8 months is plenty of time.

I did find it somewhat dumb that he was suspended for "betting on games during the season".  Kind of hard to bet on a game in the off season.

Quandre Diggs broke his leg towards the end of the season, so it's not clear how healthy he will be for the start of the season. And the Seahawks want to keep him, so one to avoid I suspect

Does he have an chance with an appeal?  He walked away and took a leave of absence if I'm not mistaken.  Not defending what he did but he technically wasn't a member of the Falcons for the year right?  Or was he still on the roster but almost like IR?  

If he was smart, he bet against the Falcons
