Yeah, especially with the presence of legalized gambling and them concluding that he didn’t use any inside information. Anyone living in a valid state can create a FanDuel or DraftKings account.

As we have learned from baseball, NBA, NCAA etc the stance on gambling is clear and the penalties are harsh.
