You're right, there's a whole lot of career left, but it's far more likely he's bad than good. His upcoming salary is $1,735,770...so it's a great number for the acquiring team. I think it makes more sense to pair him with another QB in a competition (ex: Indy with Wentz, Carolina with Darnold, etc.).

March 8, 20223 yr Jordan Love is a more prototypical pocket-style QB, who has a little bit of mobility and a plus-arm. He will definitely fetch a 2nd round pick in trade. The guy has only had the equivalent of 2 games in the NFL; not nearly enough to assess if he'll be a good NFL QB or not. If Sirianni values a pocket QB who is young, has the physical traits at 6'4 and 220 lbs, an extremely strong arm, then Howie will likely make a phone call. Apparently the Eagles had interest in Jordan Love prior to the draft in 2020. We know what Jalen Hurts is, much more clearly than we know what Jordan Love is.

Between the roid rages, throwing an alligator into the shower, and just general mayhem, he's awesome. Billy Bob from Varsity Blues is also up there, though he's kind of sad. Who you got?

March 8, 20223 yr If Howie doesn't get Watson, this will be Howie's worst offseason yet and free agency didn't even start yet lol.

I frankly don’t think that was the QB the eagles wanted out of the 3 the most I’ve said watson makes the most sense if he isn’t convicted and gets off as he’s 27 either way, next year the Seahawks have multiple picks and likely going to be bad so they are in the QB market with good assets (unless they take willis with Denver’s 9th overall pick). So waiting a year again doesn’t mean you are going to just get your QB if other teams have better assets
