Also, can we put to bed that teams publicly "committing" means a damn thing?

A few days ago, Pete said they have no intention of trading Russ, and then boom.

Stop believing these mother f'ers.

Hard to do when he knows all the options on the table and can just say no to Washington knowing Denver is out there.

It's weird that people keep forgetting Wilson had the no-trade clause, and it wasn't just as simple for SEA as taking the highest offer.

In the next few days I want a 2 year Slay extension, a Dillard trade, and a Hurts trade.

May be an image of 2 people, people playing American football and text

Fine with the other two, but pass on a Slay extension. He has 2 years left and is 31.

Who do you have in mind to replace Hurts?

Let the trade wars begin!

I don’t think the Eagles are going to be able to accomplish making a Deshaun Watson trade. However I am not naïve enough to sit here and say the Eagles are not going to be trying to do it. Heck Zach Ertz‘s agent midway through last year said they were trying to do it and that’s what held up his clients trade. Frankly until that whole legal mess gets resolved I don’t see anybody making that trade.

So he didn't get a new mega deal?

Looks like LeSean McCoy is not a Hurts Squirt, or a S*****t as some of us call them.

He's just big mad that Wilson stole his thunder

Weird.

Guess he doesn't know football like the rest of us who aren't huggers.

Pretty obvious when he was gushing over Minshew during the Jets game

He’s got a really good point. We might see some teams aggressively try to trade up in 1st round for defensive players or OL that can put them over the top. This is really good for us given our draft positioning + Andre Dillard being available for trade

Agree

The three best QBs in the NFC at the moment are:

rodgers

Stafford

Hurts.

Oh, sorry, thought we were talking about running.

No way.  Glad Howie stayed away from this.  That's a haul for a 33 year old QB.  This is the kind of trade that will either propel them to the superbowl or will send them to the top of the draft for the next decade.

He didn't stay away, Russel did

If Howie can get Watson and Metcalf.

Then I'm jumping on the "F them picks" bandwagon with both feet.

Hell no, throw Reagor in too.

Unless Seattle is getting a QB other than Lock, they will be running more, seems like JJAWful the enforcer would be a good fit for them.

I still won’t support a Watson trade, no matter what.

But I’d be up for a DK trade. Miles + a 2nd?
