I say no to him cause I'm not convinced of him as a QB worth multiple first round picks. He had 4 wins his last season and with Hopkins he didn't do crap in the playoffs. Screw that guy. Now that he isn't being charged they are going to want 2 first and 2 seconds or something. Howie needs to be locked up and banned from the phone. He's going to mortgage their future for a guy who won't get them there.
