Yeah.  Carolina isn’t a bad choice for him.  NFC South is bad.  Real bad.  As in worse than the NFC East.  Which is bad.  Like bad man.

I’d argue seattle is worse than Carolina. Seattle has a bad oline and their starting LT brown is a FA and 37. Their defense is bad. Carroll might be gone in a year or two. Chris Carson is hurt. Penny is a free agent. They have DK and Lockett. That’s about it. And they play in a much harder division with the rams, cardinals and niners. Niners are an unknown with lance but if he pans out that division would have some good QBs. Probably the best collection in the conference

I mean….. like real bad.

Also heard Kempski say he might not want to come to Philly because it’s a liberal city. That argument completely falls apart if he chooses Seattle of all places.

Seattle would not be as welcoming. Plus Watson would be replacing the best QB in Seahawks history.

Like, really really bad?

Wow.

Watson would definitely be hated more in Seattle than Philly, the second he stepped out the plan Antifa would be ready to pelt him with urine filled balloons.

All he has to do though is announce he uses the pronouns Xe/Xir and he’d immediately be accepted.

He has a NTC, why would he go to the Panthers? There is nothing appealing about them including their airport. Also their BS fast pass lane and 4for4 is near there

Panthers were one of the teams last year that he was reported willing to waive his no trade clause for.

And they tried.  But he didn’t want to be in Philly. Neither does Watson with the clown show that is Lowie.

I argue that McNair, Easterly, etc is a worse FO than here.

Strongly feel the Falcons would take Willis at 8. They wanted Lance last year and would have taken him at 4.

Wow.

It’s either Arch Manning with Texas or

Malachi Nelson with USC

that doesnt make any sense at all.

Is it because people assume he committed crimes against women? In a liberal city, to suggest a black man did something wrong is considered racist.

A black criminal is idolized in any liberal city. They provide the most opportunity for virtue signaling. He should be choosing a liberal city on purpose.

He isn’t coming here 😂😂

I don't see it either.

Excited to see what this offseason plan ends up being.  Less than a week until free agency, even less time to the legal tampering period.  Howie in a contract year loaded with those 3 draft picks, he definitely has some sort of big bang plan laid out.

Well obviously.  That’s why he wants out of there.

I mean as in they’re not even comparable.

When Howie really wants something he's usually relentless and undeterred. If Howie really wants Watson, he'll find a way to make it happen. Make a big offer, sit down with his camp and sell him on the Eagles playing in a weak division and already being a playoff team with proven Super Bowl champion vets on the roster and an elite offensive line with young skill position players.

The question is of the people in that front office that stan for Jalen Hurts... is Howie one of them? If Howie is one of the guys who's a big believer in Hurts' upside, he may not feel Watson is worth it. But since he already made an offer for Wilson, I find it hard to believe he's that high on Hurts.

Carolina can put a strong package together for Watson, including high picks and quality young players like Burns/Chinn/Brown/Horn.

I’m failing to see the quality young players Seattle can offer unless they are willing to trade DK. Lockett isn’t young. Jordyn Brooks is nothing special. Darrell Taylor is OK. But what else can they include, and why would Watson go there if they did include Metcalf?

But would they really give all of that up? If not, how many of them? Enough to beat what the eagles can offer? Cox, Sanders, Hurts, Dillard are all expendable. We can easily part with all 4. Yet, its 3 starters and a quality backup QB.

Those Panthers players are young and valuable. But too valuable to actually part with in addition to multiple high picks. I guess if theyre really going to do that, they can have him because thats just crazy at that point.

Lol

Doubling down on the dumb decision to restructure him last year. What’s his dead money for 2023?

I think it depends on how hellbent their owner is about getting a Qb like watson.
