If the Panthers get Watson then Howie can easily package picks 16 and 19 to move up high enough for the QB of his and Nick’s choosing

Pro Days for QBs and official visits are on the horizon.  I’ll believe the Eagles are sticking with Hurts if they’re not front and center in that process

How about... none of the above?

I really dont want the eagles to take this guy. They already had the project with the guy who couldnt even play high school football. I love the athleticism and versatility of Anderson, but I wonder how many years until he is a polished NFL LB? We cant play games. Our LBs suck. Have sucked for years. I want someone who is ready to play.

He did play QB in high school.  Who knows what would have happened if he went to college for football instead of basketball.

Looks like Hurts.

I remember the days when I was one of two saying how much Hurts sucked on here.

I was the other.  Now we have an army.

That Minshew rumour is running and running

Hmm, Hmmm....I don't want to cut in on your two man party, but I have been in that camp all along. I never thought he was an NFL QB from the second Howie overdrafted him. Some people were hopeful.  We knew better.

As of now, there's no QB worth trading 2 1st round picks for.  Wait for the board to fall your way.

I didn’t say that’s what I wanted them to do, but that’s likely what they might do.

Nick has the right as a head coach to choose a QB he wishes to develop, especially as an OC hired for the role.  Nick inherited Hurts.  Most recent head coaching hires who have inherited a QB haven’t stuck with them very long before upgrading

Oh, I know.  Just hope that's not the case and they don't have to trade up.

Yeah good call.  98% of intelligent football fans knew Hurts sucked before he was drafted.

I like Troy Anderson, but this teams needs a higher floor than ceiling. Take swings at Edge/CB where we have competence.

Who are the top QBs coming out next draft? Are any elite?

Spencer Rattler is a huge DB and probably not a good leader but it will be interesting to see what he does at South Carolina.

Caleb Williams is going to have a chance to light up the PAC-12.

CJ Stroud at OSU.  He shouldn't miss a beat even with the WR leaving

Lots of other QBs who could shoot up quick and a lot of others who have transferred.

Caleb Williams isn’t draft eligible until 2024.

Really? hmm, thought he was.  Regardless, he has the chance to really take off at USC.

Yeah, he was a true freshman last season.

I think Rattler gets back on track next year

Didnt Ertz turn down that same kind of money here? Thats a shame.

But good for him, doing well in AZ and being able to stay there.

Glad to see Zach got paid, I wish him nothing but the best.
