Wow! All season it looked like he and Wilson didn’t get along. That appears to be the case. The question that needs to be asked, though: Is this a guy who gets a second contract, then disappears?

What would you give up for him? A 1st and a 3rd? He hasn’t missed a game in his pro career and played through a foot injury for the last 14 weeks.

Don;t want him. Dude is a success because of Wilson's ability to buy time till DK gets deep. Not a very good route runner. You are not getting the same DK if hes in Philly

Then you have to ask yourself why do the Hawks want to move him? Seams hes more of a head ache then hes worth. Something tells me Wilson has issues with him. Which means your not making a trade for both.

Watson made it clear he would never take a snap for the Texans again. He hates the owner. So they dont care what Watson thinks of the new HC

Cosell was very complimentary towards Smith, said he was better than he thought he would be in his rookie year, and has no trouble beating man coverage. 

He didn’t love Nelson since Gannon has mostly been a cover 1 man defense since week 8 or 9, but he liked Epps, he has improved and that’s why he was in single coverage with Gronk.  He didn’t say Epps was perfect just getting better. 
 

 

 

 

I agree with just about everything they talked about in the video. They just did a better job than I could of putting their thoughts into words and it was truthful.

I’ve liked what I’ve see from Epps. He kind of flew under the radar this season and that’s a good thing if your number isn’t being called. Hard to ask anyone cover Gronk with Brady throwing him the ball.

I would be looking hard at Devin Lloyd in the draft. Think he can provide the coverage they need at the LB spot with Edwards playing the middle.

You have to agree with them that if you saw any improvement with Hurts it was very minimal, and that just can’t happen in the NFL.

Agree with the bolded.  It's just my opinion, but out of 20something women to accuse him you have to think that at best anywhere from 3-6 of them that he actually acted in an inappropriate manner even if the rest are piling on because they all have the same lawyer.  However, if he did do this with all of them then he's a predator and that instinct will NEVER go away.  Plus add on he's the Lebron of the NFL wanting to dictate the hiring of HC/GM.  I really liked him coming out of college as he produced in big games vs top competition, but at best he's a really odd nut and at worst he's a narcissist predator.  This goes beyond football.

Agree.  At this point why say anything.  Just put your head down, do your work, and stay silent and don't give any cannon fodder to the media or your accusers.  It is a total legal move and a smart one.  You can say that with all these allegations why has there been no indictment yet?  It appears to be moving more to a civil settlement than a legal one.  Someone posted that 18 of 22 women were willing to settle so 4 are willing to pursue this to the end and risk a settlement.  From what I posted to the above post that sounds in the ballpark of what I suspected.  So he does have some demons to deal with and will have to be a saint from here on out to make amends.  Question is can he do it in the manner Vick did?  Can someone who wanted to be included on the HC/GM hires be humble enough to show enough remorse and humility to change public perception on him?  IMO, I doubt it.

I mentioned this a while back when talking about Hurts and what kind of persona he might create once he tastes success/spotlight.  I brought it up because Cam Newton is a mentor of his and Cam created a reimagined image of himself.  I see DK doing the same and become an OBJ kind of diva.  DK, as talented as he is, seems to be giving off vibes of being a problem down the road.  Like you said, why would Seattle even consider moving him?  I posted a list of potential 2023 FA targets to trade for this morning and purposely didn't include him.

I’m trying to make myself really like Kenny Pickett, but I can’t get there. IMO, he’s better than Corral, Willis, and Strong, though.

Metcalf would go for about 200 yards and 0 TDs over 17 games with Hurts throwing him the passes.

Hes a freak athlete…and we should have drafted him…but inconsistency has really plagued him.  He should be Julio Jones/Calvin Johnson…and he can run a go route like they did.  But he just can’t separate underneath.
