I don't see how they can match other teams draft picks unless they equate Lance to 2 1st rounders. But yes, him on that team would make them a definite contender immediately.

Cardinals drafted a QB in Round 1 in one year, and then drafted another one at #1 overall the following year.   Crazy thing happens when it comes to the NFL and the QB position.
