I kept saying over and over leading up to the draft last year ATL needed to take Parsons at #4, as their defense was in dire need of talent.  I wouldn't ever say Kyle Pitts was a "bad" pick, but the Falcons finished dead last in sacks last season with a paltry 18 -- 11 less than the Eagles, who were 31st.

ATL can't possibly bypass edge rusher with the #8 overall pick this draft -- can they??

Watson is meeting with everyone at this point. If the Eagles aren't being secretive and truly are never going to meet with him, I'm betting Lurie doesn't want him anymore after kinda boasting the other day about getting away with sexual assault, and not Watson arbitrarily willing to meet with every team in the NFL but the Eagles.
