But it's also been 2 injury riddled seasons since his 2019 breakout season. I don't get all the hand wringing over not getting him. His and Reid's are the only contracts I've seen where I've said "ah I kinda wish we did that" but like the Reddick signing (and lack of Kirk signing at that ridiculous price) much more than either. I like Chark too but not getting him isn't some huge loss like some have made it out to be. I have no idea what happened to Pascal last season but the two years prior he was almost as productive with less targets and a much smaller role.

If the Eagles aren't being secretive and truly are never going to meet with him, I'm betting Lurie doesn't want him anymore after kinda boasting the other day about getting away with sexual assault, and not Watson arbitrarily willing to meet with every team in the NFL but the Eagles.

How did he kind of boast about getting away with sexual assault?

Tall, rangy, athletic and fast. Comfortable and fluid in the drills. His 3-cone was 6.48 (truly extraordinary for a 6'2 CB). Scored 9.99 out of 10 on the RAS criteria. I listened to a draft podcast the other day where they discussed him. He only played FCS, but that was because he wanted to play alongside his twin brother. Apparently his character is off the charts - one of those natural team leader/pillar-of-the-community guys. A real ballhawk (13 career INTs) who loves to tackle. What's not to like?! Would love to see him on the Eagles to learn alongside Slay. Might have crept into Day 2 reckoning after that Combine, though.

On SXM as well as on a couple other sources, they said that Watson declined to waive his no-trade for the Eagles.

That was last year around the deadline when he was zeroed in on the Dolphins. People have just taken that and assumed he wouldn't now, but no one has actually reported on if that's currently the case. I doubt it is, as he's meeting with every team. As he should, it can't hurt to test the waters and get a feel for every organization.

He was completely healthy during his time in Arizona. I have to think they actually plan on addressing linebacker within the first two rounds at the draft.

I haven't seen denial this reliant since some people here refused to believe that Wentz wanted to be traded and would be traded until the day came when he was traded. There has been no indication via actual reports that he would be willing to waive his NTC for the Eagles.
