March 16, 20223 yr None of these teams who are reported to be in on the Watson trade , are any good now. ….. let’s give top players away and first rd picks for 3 years , counter productive in my eyes

This is Howie Roseman." 5 minutes ago, Utebird said: Wow you two have been jibber jabbering back and forth for hours and yet neither have mentioned that tannenhill hands the ball off to Derek Henry all day and passes against stacked boxes and 8 man fronts. I like Tannenhill, and he's no more than a game manager. Give Carr Henry and he most likely has better numbers than Tanenhill IMO. Having said that maybe one of you mentioned Henry and I missed it🤷♂️ Very valid point in this argument that neither have mentioned. 3 minutes ago, LeanMeanGM said: Beat ya to it.

March 16, 20223 yr I know this might be crazy talk, but unless we were to get a good offer, I would hang onto Herbig. No Brooks. Seumalo off a big injury. Driscoll hurt every year. Dickerson has an injury history. Herbig isn't great, but he's a serviceable guard and could back up center in a pinch. At worst, he's good depth.

Cox, good but older. Dillard starting quality AND young LT, but expendable for us, Sanders RB in his prime, expendable because we wont pay the 2nd contract. Hurts- some team may think they can make him a starter, at the very least, young QB on rookie deal who is a very good backup. Its probably esiest for us to part with anything we would be giving.

I like Nate, but if they can package him for an upgrade on the D or at WR I'd make the move. Birds may be looking for a RG to truly compete with Seumalo to start this year ala Zion, Green. Kinnard, Parham, etc. Lot of good G options this year in the draft.

I’m thinking Texans have no interest in those players , they want studs , Kyle Pitts , Brian Burns , Chinn etc
March 16, 20223 yr I still feel the eagles have been careful on their spending so far, and quiet so far because they are waiting on Watson to come here. If he doesnt though, you know Howie will still be looking to splash. Tried for Marcus Williams, tried for Ridley. That money will go somewhere. Who do you think it will be? Mathieu, Allen Robindon? I could also see the Ridley money going to Godwin after a trade... Siri & Howie were about to blow him away by inviting him down to play some hoops on the fisher-price basketball court, but it was too late. Brady already spoke to him and Siri & Howie being the stand up classy guys they are, didn't want to interfere. This is all 90% fact from Barret Brooks.

To point out that when he was injured, Tannehill put up the worst numbers in his Tennessee career. I figured logic would take over and prove that Carr is superior to Tannehill, but yes, obviously Henry is the x-factor. I should have known better when the Hurts Defense was used in his last post....you know, just because a QB is a better thrower doesn't mean he's a better QB.

There will be multiple offers presented to the texans , offers from teams Watson ok , all those offers will have a stud player or two , he will go to team that offered talent and picks
