For the thousandth time, in order to make a citizen's arrest, you must have witnessed a crime or had immediate knowledge that a crime was committed.  The McMichaels had neither of these things.  The "Citizens Arrest" argument is dead in the water.    

Any context for that video? What happened later on? Did the charge stick? Showing a video of a cop getting annoyed then arresting him doesn't really do much

For the millionth time, I don’t know enough about Georgia’s citizen arrest laws to know if it was applied correctly, nor do I care. I’m simply stating what was the likely motive behind the altercation.

Yes Kz, you've made it abundantly clear that you are uninformed on the situation and are unwilling to become informed.

Since they didn’t witness a crime being committed, nor did they have immediate knowledge that a crime was committed, I’m explaining to you that this argument is null and void.   Yet you keep on repeating it for some reason.   So no, that couldn't have been their motive for the altercation.  They can "claim" it was their motive, but that would just be a lie to cover up their real motive.

4 kids.  Only one of them gets stupid dumb and needs to be manhandled.  I feel bad for him.  He doesnt seem to know whats best For him, have street smarts or survival skills.  And has/had anger issues.  It ended up costing him his life at a young age too.

I never said they hillbillies shouldnt be prosecuted.  Not once.  There isnt much to go on right now but enough to bring them to trial certainly.
