I'm thinking that isn't reasonable at all.  The kid may simply be uncomfortable which is far far from "harm" or "abuse".  I'd favor a more stringent standard, i.e. other contributing factors that would lead the educator to reach an assumption of "likely to cause harm/abuse".  If that standard is met for an individual case then yeah I'd agree 100%

I STILL have to fill out forms every year so school can give my kid a Tylenol or Benadryl. (Kids don't take aspirin anymore ) So I don't know how they can get kids on prescriptions in school.
