It wasn't just the IBA that recognized this as the WBO is also confirming this. A parent may claim their kid is something it isn't and may raise that kid as if it is that gender and that isn't the kid's fault. But if a girl grows up and learns about the different sexes and discovers "she" has a P and not a V, it would be pretty obvious her parent(s) lied to "her." Gender is not a social construct. It's a biological truth. Masculinity and femininity are social constructs. It's important to recognize the difference. Identifying as something you are not will never make you that thing. That is called role play and role play only works as long as everybody plays along.
