There are people born with sex organs from both sexes, or none, or elevated levels of estrogen or testosterone, or next to none. These are facts, biological facts.

The presumption is that she's XY because the IBA tests for that I believe, but the IBA is also a corrupt organization run by Russian interests that only banned her after she beat an up and coming Russian fighter.
