here's the thing. if there was actual grooming happening where elementary school teachers are actually attempting to "convert" kids to "homosexuality" there would be a broad uproar from all parents. but that's not what's happening.

There have tons of stories about trans activist teachers teaching young elementary school children about the gender spectrum against the wishes of parents. It's kind of what this thread is about. Remember, FL made a law about not teaching kids that sheet, the media lied about the bill and told idiots like you that they were banning teachers from saying the word "gay," and then liberals melted down about the law?

Yes, Elementary schools are teaching acceptance. It doesn't matter if you have black hair, blue eyes, purple skin, where you come from, what your parents look like, what clothes you wear, whoever you are.... Everyone deserves to be treated with the same kindness and respect, regardless. 

I have a tween. The problem that a few parents have at this age is there is a current trend where his peers have introduced themselves to me as, "My name is Frankie. I am hetero-, metro-, pan-, omni-, a-, whatever-sexual, and my pronouns are she/its/theirs."  I'm a grown man. I don't care what you identify as. I know a 10-, 11-, 12-year old kid hasn't figured it out yet. My kid asked me, so what am I? And I said it's ok to say "I don't know. It's ok to be you"

The problem with some parents is they are so repressed in their feelings they can't fathom a youth that says they're something-"sexual". It throws them into a frenzy. These were not the values when they were growing up! They can't deal with it. Adults haven't even figured it out yet. My kid has friends whose parents decided to get married, have a family, then figured out that their partner isn't who they really want to be with. So the family splits apart, they start a whole new identity, and the child is left to process it on their own.

Bottom line is everyone should be treated in respect. Like they're teaching in Kindergarten.
