Where I tend to fall is that impermanent treatment supported by parents while teens figure out their ish is within reasonable parameters. Irreversible treatment like surgeries and prolonged use of puberty blockers is not. We all have natural traits that we inherit that we wish we did not. I'm not saying that a crooked nose or premature hair loss is in the same neighborhood as gender dysphoria, but all of these are things that at some point we figure out how to live with or have the means to try and correct. We don't need to fix everybody's genetically inherited psychological/physiological mismatches by the time they're 18.
