What is going on in these Taliban states goes way beyond the abortion denying that's on the books. It's also the cutting off funding to educate and making the clinics so scarce and invisible they may as well not be there. It's keeping the ground under neath shifty enough to scare the doctors from performing them. This is exactly the type of case falling through the cracks by design.

September 27, 20241 yr The problem with a lot of these bans is even with such exceptions, you essentially have the burden of proof shifted on you to prove your 13 yr old child was raped. It's F'ing sick that we force victims of such a heinous crime to even have to deal with ish like this.
