Putting aside one’s stance on the issue, we should all agree that it is egregious and dangerous that this was leaked. Draft opinions should remain private and debated among the justices. Not every cas

Yea, the fact that it was leaked matters.

will agree with that, I meant, does it matter which side the person who leaked it was on? To me it doesn't, because I am consistent, in that whomever it was should be punished, regardless of side.

One thing is for sure. We will never hear about the leak again.

The leaker was Ginny Thomas. LOL. :D

Greg is probably a member of Q and the Flat Earth Society, who spends all day reading Newsmax and watching old Trump videos.

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) on Friday said conservative Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch misled her about their views on the importance of Supreme Court precedent during their confirmation proceedings in 2017 and 2018.

Collins, who voted to confirm then-President Trump’s first two conservative nominees to the court despite her support for abortion rights, has said she believed those justices would hold up important precedents such as Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 decision that established a constitutional right to abortion. A court majority that included Kavanaugh and Gorsuch struck down that right on Friday.

"This decision is inconsistent with what Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh said in their testimony and their meetings with me, where they both were insistent on the importance of supporting long-standing precedents that the country has relied upon,” Collins said, explaining her votes for those nominees during the Trump administration.

I’m about to do so again for half of the year, I vote, and I pay taxes. Drop the tax requirement and we can talk. Otherwise STFU.

Great.  Now Dr. Philly is going to hang out around my barber each and every day to "accidently" run into me.

What time of the year are you planning to be in the United States?  So I can plan to be out of the country then

Don't push me or I'll sign up for one of your classes and berate you in person

The Dept. of Justice should be investigating the Federalist Society and others for conspiracy to obstruct congress, and Perjury, for lying about Precedent and Stare Decisis while under oath before the Senate Judiciary committee.

I'm sure there is a rather large spectrum of conspirators who encouraged them to lie or required them to.

Oklahoma took the shotgun approach and threw multiple abortion laws on the governor’s desk and he signed them all… Contradictions included.

While unlikely to be enforced in such a way, but… it’s possible, by law… a man could incestually rape a family member, if the victim has an abortion, the raper could turn the victim in and receive a $10,000 reward, the incest rape victim could face up to $100,000 fine and 10 years in prison, while the dirt bag that did the raping could get the minimum 5 years for 1st degree rape.

Oh no!  First the sammies and now this.  If this one passed I think it would result in actual violence from women persons who can or once did menstruate.

For the record this is a bad decision. The lack of a federal standard will create many problems

it should force congress to get their ish together and actually do their damn jobs. But I have little faith in them doing that

Biden came out today and pretty much said the same thing.  I imagine we'll see abortion legislation introduced well before the elections.  With the blue bloodbath on the horizon, this certainly is a sensitive issue the D's can hang their hats on.  I would think the legislation would have a decent chance to get passed too.  Surprised something to this effect wasn't codified into the US Code long before Roe was overturned.

I'm not surprised at all. It's a very sensitive subject, that has a very vocal side, and a not so vocal side. It really is hard to tell where the majority sits.
