You can get them anywhere in the St. Louis area. Bbq porksteaks are kind of a big deal here.

It was probably a weekly thing every summer growing up. I like to grill on both sides a few minutes each until the fat blackens then coat in Maull's bbq sauce and the pop back on the grill about a minute each side. I rarely marinate them in anything...just light salt and pepper before putting on the grill.

I still can't make them as good as my dad though...

That’s a beauty. I have a #95 jersey game worn with the patch. I think the eagles reused it over  cause it has the nameplate added of fuller on mine. Has the offensive lineman tail with the buttons.

If Jalen Hurts becomes an above average passer and deserves to win MVP, there won’t be more than 1.5 blog members trying to get rid of him. That’s what 96% of the blog wants. It’s best case scenario for the team we love. The fact he hasn’t showed that isn’t anyone’s fault.
