Playoff game:

Hurts completed 23 of 43 passes for 258 yards with a touchdown and the two interceptions. He ran for 39 yards on 8 carries.

 

We played the defending Super Bowl champions in their stadium in the playoffs as an extremely inexperienced roster and coaching staff.  A far more talented championship defense against a very inexperienced offense.  Also wasn't like the running game was crap down.  We pretty much abandoned it from the start.  There were 3 runs by. RB in the first half.  It looked like the offense we had in the first 6 or so games of the season.

No.  Under no circumstance is the playcalling fine to good when you are passing as heavily as we are and only handing it off to a RB once or twice in the first half of games.  Especially not fine to good when you have a young inexperienced QB. 

 

They needed to incorporate the run more and bring a more balanced offense, it was glaringly obvious and once they did they started to win.

Like I said the rules in the NBA and NFL benefit offense and scoring, defense is secondary until the playoffs in both sports where refs let teams get a lot more grabby and physical and ay defense.

Defense still win championships in both sports but offense sells tickets, it's a shame that it takes 82 games until they let teams play D.

Having said that Defense in this zone era is all About chasing teams off the 3 or closing in on those shots as teams are hoisting up 45+ a game.

The team that can defend the 3 more effectively increases their chances of winning.

Most games in today's NBA is decided by which team hits the most 3s.

Mid range game is non existent in the NBA because it's considered a bad shot, layup/dunk or 3 nothing in between makes the game uninteresting stale and predictable.

But hey if you like modern nba you're not alone.

Christ, that’s inexcusable.  In a 2 high safety look that should be the first read. The protection was great, the receiver was open. That hurts to watch(no pun intended). 
 

With all the reports of Hurts’ improvements over the offseason, his ability to read and make the right decision and make it faster has to be the one thing he improved on the most.

One of the things winning a SB has changed for me. Before I used to hate going back and watching classic NFL game highlights and stuff because it would always make me think of the Eagles always losing and making me bitter. But now I find myself going back and watching it a lot more. Even though the video quality is dog crap and some highlights have no score graphics, but there's a certain charm to it.

Also I Fing hate domes. Classic NFL highlights outdoors are always better.
