I had a weird thought today. It’s possible we may not see many, if any, RBs make the HoF again. 
 

The way RBs and valued now, it’s hard to imagine one having the opportunity to put together a career worthy of HoF consideration.

I'm not sure.  I don't really follow anymore.  I might tune in once in awhile.  But I read the article on ESPN saying that Stephanie and that Nick Khan guy are supposed to be running it now.

Every draft outlet has Richardson in their top 5 it seems, and I get why, his talent really is eye popping.

However, even if he takes the Josh Allen route every step of the way, he'd be 3-4 years away from becoming Josh Allen.

Yes. Yes we can. If we can get a Josh Allen at any point relatively soon I don’t care about anything else.

Can't say I necessarily disagree, and the more I watch and read about Richardson, the more I like him.

However, do we trust Siri/Johnson to do for Richardson, what Daboll/Dorsey did for Allen? Allen had tremendous off-season coaching with Palmer and crew, will Richardson put in that kind of work?

For whatever reason I am feeling risk averse when it comes to drafting a QB next year, and even though every QB pick is a risk; Richardson, even with the Josh Allen level talent, is the biggest risk of the lot.
