hes a QB though. Hes not an OL physically dominating kids throwing them around. Or an RB running kids over. Hes just throwing a ball. His arm may be what its going to be, but thats totally fine. Its a good arm.

If he is advanced in football IQ, thats only a good thing. Thats why teams like senior QBs.

He can definitely play. Nothing against him as a college player, but it matters to the pro eval. 

KJ Jefferson is someone I can see getting more hype later in year .

One thing to mention is that maybe he hasn’t made great strides from last year to this year. I because his stats were great last year as well. Maybe it’s just a matter of stacking more quality games together and the NFL is catching up to him as a prospect.

Jefferson had a chance to build major hype and didnt get it done against Alabama last week. He had a good game against them last year. Doing it 2 years in a row woulda been huge for his stock but he didnt do it.

He looks like a big guy with a lot of physical ability, but not a polished passer. 

I think hes a mid-round project.

Yea but then you have to deal with Stedman watching. 

Penix had another monster game.  Over 500 yards passing 4 TDs and a rushing TD.

Polk and Odunze are good WRs.

I think Polk is a freshman. Odunze may be draft eligible. He's been consistent all season.

Prime time football at the link. Home team noise. The Eagles can control the cowpads running game and with Gallup still not 100%, Lamb and Schultz banged up and their OL not fully there, I believe Gannon has a shot.  Davis will be a force and that wears down the cowpads C and McGovern.  Good for Hargrave and Cox.  I see a multiple sack game.  On offense, I think after the third time the Eagles get serious yardage and at least one TD from the chip block throw over the Dallas OLB/DE to Goedert that it impacts their rush and stunts.  I will never pick the cowpads over the Eagles.

Incredible day of games.  College football is the best.  Man I love it so much.

In a perverse sort of way, I'm kinda getting a bit of a chuckle watching Notre Dame look like utter garbage this year after they decided to hire an inexperienced, objectively unqualified head coach rather than scour the college ranks looking for someone who had actually had success elsewhere. Of all the hires they've made since I was a kid, the really successful ones (Parseghian, Devine, Holtz, and Kelly) were guys who had coached major college programs and had consistently done well. The ones who failed were guys with no experience as college head coaches (Faust, Davie, Weis). Geez, based on history, who couldn't have expected that their latest coach was going to be crap?

Final chance of the game. It's fourth and eight. They have to convert. What do they do? Throw a six yard pass to a well covered receiver. Incomplete. Of course even if he had caught it, it's game over. 

It's a clown show in South Bend. 

P.S. Michael Mayer is great though. Hope he doesn't end up in our division.
