  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

The Chiefs 77 is quite adept at the obvious holding, don't look at me ref thing.  Have they played for the Cowboys before?

re: Brady, I think its both.

The team is a bit of a mess and he's no longer that absolute peak difference maker.

Is it age, is it commitment, is it personal life? Who knows but he's just a step behind what he was.

Going to a wedding in Boston on Friday night and being unable to make it to a walkthrough in Pittsburgh on Saturday is absolutely not the Brady we knew.

He's still a very good and very dangerous QB but when you are a 98 and you step down to a 92 you just can't pull the team to victory through adversity the same way you did before. Losing Gronk was huge as well.

With brate being carted off today i tend to think they are going to try to get gronk to come back or trade for a tight end at the deadline from someone who falls out of contention.

/agree  They need to not get blown up.

Its even OK if the Cowboys get 4 sacks as long as its not sack fumbles and they don't kill 4 drives.

The Bills are developing a real big monkey on their back with the Chiefs and it shows in how they are playing.

They’ve caught the Chiefs in KC both last year (twice) and this year.  I like the Bills if they played this game in Buffalo.  Good rivalry in the making though

The Bills are the closest the Chiefs get to playing a QB that is similar to Mahomes.  It's why it's such a captivating rivalry

Agree.  Consider me a fence-sitter still… But I really do like what I’ve seen from him this year. I’m just still fearful long-term

Well, I was his biggest hater before this season, so perhaps my opinion isn’t so valid at this point…but I think the fence is where everyone belongs at this point.  He’s shown too much to not be our guy (right now) and hasn’t done enough, consistently enough, for long enough, to justify a truly massive commitment.  I think it’s hard to justify being either all in or all out right now.

LOL Tepper and the woman next to him on TV chewing gum with their mouths wide open like cows.

I too am a fence sitter.  One possible option is to draft a successor this April and trade Hurts during the offseason.  That option would be all the more enticing  if the Eagles finish 12–5 or 13–4 and win one or more playoff games.  In the process Hurts works himself into the top 3-5 in the MVP discussion.  If that came to pass would his trade value be similar to what the Seahawks got for Russell Wilson?  Would you want that, or would that move you far enough off the fence to not be ferful about the long-term with Hurts and a new contract extension?

For me, If I had the heir apparent QB on the roster, I'd make that trade in a heartbeat.  You would have something like two first-round picks and two second round picks added to the ones you already have.  Having the heir apparent QB playing behind a Stoutland O-Line with Brown, Smith and Goedert as weapons ...  you bet!  Plus your QB would be on a rookie contract for four additional seasons.

I’m guessing (or hoping) that’s where Howie is

No… I have the Rams in my family survivor pool 🙁

Same 1500 on the line. Let’s go Rams!

Yeah I’m not sure I would need to heir apparent on the roster in order to make that deal.  If we are going to get what the Seahawks got, you can sign me up now

If we go 12-5/13-4 (Likely #1 seed) and win a game or two, that means bare minimum we get to the NFC Championship game, Win 2 and you're in the Superbowl.

In that scenario, there is now way in hell Hurts gets anything other than an extension from us.

Yeah, I don't think so.  I think Howie and the rest of the organization see him as the franchise.

This bills chiefs game has gone from an offensive show to a defensive one. It’s very apparent that these guys were ultra focused on each other this off-season

I am not convinced of that… Not after the QB factory comment years ago

That's how you beat a blitz.

Yeah, you are probably right but I think they get a deal with Hurts.  Then, most likely, eff around and draft someone in the 2nd as a "backup."

62 yarder is good!

So this juggernaut in the Rams that this "Elite" D of Dallas ruled last week is being beat by the worst team in the league 🤣

Bills still haven't practiced the last 10 seconds. Absolutely embarrassing

Who is the kicker tonight?  Is Jake back or is it Dicker?

Wow.  12 seconds... and the Chiefs get a FG.   How did the Bills give them a lane to the sidelines on the first play?

Hey now... the Rams tied it up.
