There is going to be surprises but overall even in the offseason people were calling it easy. It's why others are saying we're not a real threat because we haven't faced a lot of tough teams

I suspect Green Bay figures some things out by our matchup and look better. But otherwise i tend to agree.

I think Tennessee will be a tougher opponent than NYG. They are a team of winners, they have that mentality and the coaching to make it a game. They’re the kind of team that gets better the colder it gets.

 

this all is kind of new to NYG and I think they’ll eventually fall back to earth

There's something nice about keeping traditions alive. I hope the NFL doesn't mess with this.

They can still play on Thanksgiving - I don't believe they deserve the competitive advantage of playing at home.

I'd like to see the scoring in the 1st, 3rd, and 4th qtr more like the teens than the 20s, and late 20s.   And I'd like to see the 4th quarter scoring allowing go to the teens or higher, though, to a certain extent they have been playing with some nice leads to not need to keep teams out of the end zone.

That's partially self-selection, Davis plays on run downs, teams tend to have much higher YPC when they run on passing downs.

He's a load, but he has to get better at leverage against double teams, top NTs either split double teams or hold their ground, he's been moved too often.

They have created a new tradition... the 8 PM Thanksgiving game, and it rotates around.

 

The tradition of the Thanksgiving games in Detroit and Dallas should be maintained.  Detroit has played a Thanksgiving game since before it was cool.  Let the Detroit fans have that one moment.  It's literally all they have.   And Dallas took the other game when the NFL wanted a second game to showcase on Thanksgiving when no one else wanted it every year.  So, they too have 'earned' it.
