  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

I thought Cain had a shot at the roster after Cleveland but after his questionable effort against Miami I didn't really want any part of him.

Dude gave up on multiple routes at a time when he's fighting for his NFL life, if one can't show a little more effort then why would one expect he would in a game?

Noah not getting claimed is a surprise.

That wasn't a plug for us to bring Suds back.  At this point, no matter what Lurie says, he's not unstoppable.  And he's not a #2 either.

Oh he's a #2 alright....

Not surprised by this.

Maybe one will get called up when if reagor ever gets traded.

Giants took Anderson. Expected.

Probably will start there. They have two good OTs. Maybe they catch the turds this year. Probably not but..,

Bloom > Strong

Sinnett and Book over Strong.  I guess that says it all about their evaluation on him.

Sinnett 🤮

I guess familiarity with system has it's advantages.

There’s no need to carry Book on the 53. Should’ve waited and signed Book to the PS and parted ways with Sinnett.

Agree with this unless they have a taker for Minshew?

Exponential means using the number 'e', not a number having an exponent.

An exponential function is of the form, y=a^x.  A common value for a is e, which produces the natural exponential function. Base e is often used because the function can be made linear by taking natural logs.

Whoever had the idea over there should get a raise

The decision to keep bringing back Peters when he was cooked had nothing to do with Covid.  The decision to overpay Brooks after his first Achilles injury and get almost nothing at all out of him after that extension kicked in had nothing to do with Covid.  The Desean Jackson trade and extension wasn't Covid related.  The precipitance decline of Wentz had nothing to do with Covid.   The Alshon re-structures had nothing to do with Covid.

Agreed that Covid exacerbated it.   But, he made some really bad contract decisions before Covid... and also right after Covid.

I think there's a distinction between bad decisions and moving cap hits to future years. Signing players to contracts and extensions that will eat up future cap space when the player is gone is a bad decision that is compounded by limiting future opportunities.  The bigger problem is the roster decision to extend or sign a bad player.  If the team is eating up future space with good roster moves, I think it's a good use of resources.

And for every year that the cap increases, so does players salaries.

It makes sense for salaries to rise along with the cap. DUM is literalling begging the Differ for Howie to use actual cap space.

But the advantage Howie is taking is that the dead money becomes a smaller % of the cap as the cap rises.

Smart.

You'd assume he'd get a flood of offers.

Ironic someone that trolled the world as a marketing advertisement should get a raise.

Id much rather Tay Gowan. Really didnt see Goodrich. Gowan seemed solid, and I thought his PI penalty was BS.

Book isn’t remotely close to being Hurts backup, especially with this roster. If Hurts really stinks up the joint we need someone else to sail the ship.

Goodrich was the only CB added right? Still time for Gowan.

just seems so strange to add him to the 53 when you have Sinett on the PS.  Not that he's great or anything, just seems like a waste for a guy who's going to be QB3 for his entire tenure here.

I would venture a guess that the vast majority of NFL teams with 2 QB's on the roster have a PS QB who knows the system.  That's Sinnett.
