I mean, if we aren't going to retire it, it's time. Just give the number out already. And I became a fan due to Randall (1st season I really remember watching was 1987).

Brown banana peels indicate the homeowner is negligent.

You are assuming that the property owner had notice or the reasonable opportunity for notice about those banana peels.  Evidence may show that those were thrown there by a trespasser a minute before and the property owner had no opportunity to know.  Knowledge of the hazard or reasonable and prudent action by the property owner to discover the hazard are required for there to be negligence in PA.  In your state, where any contributory negligence bars recovery, I would argue that the fallen had ample opportunity to view the hazard, which is open and obvious (as even an attorney can see it) so the party had contributory negligence and could not collect.  Open and obvious would be a defense in PA as well.

Does that make you feel better after all the math?

Oh I’ve been on here numerous times saying I don’t like that numbers get retired in general. Move on. Honestly wouldn’t care if someone were wearing number 20.

What if homeowner was away on vacation and the cleaning lady had the banana for lunch and just left it there? I think the cleaning lady is potentially negligent.  Maybe the homeowner could be if knew of her banana peel dropping behavior, there were prior claims and they had taken no steps to correct the behavior.

What if the home is rented out and the tenants have their own insurance and are the ones who left the peel there? Are robot dogs renting houses now?

WAY too soon for the Ruggs part.   Still so tragic.

Why wouldn't Book just take 12, he wore it at Notre Dame and it is available.

Is it?

Yes. Yes they are.

Exactly.  Give Book #12

Bye Jalen. Howie held firm on the 5th.

I prefer the quiet out of circulation part and then give it to someone who will do it justice... like a legacy number type of thing.   Book in #12 would be a crime.

Then again, seeing tiny little Nakobe Dean in #17 is equally wrong.  From 6'8" to 5'11".

You know when my son makes a mistake or does something wrong he apologized to those he wringed or hurt and I always ask him what does surry mean?

He replies, sorry doesn't mean anything if I don't change my behavior, sorry means I'll not or try not to do what I did again.

Maybe try apologizing to RTK and the rest of the board for a scheme that threatened the integrity of the board instead of justifying it as harmless fun or just, moving on.

So talk about football, you replying isn't talking about football is it???

FU I don't owe you anything, figure it out yourself troll.

 Bitter beer face.

Smart move for them. He has some potential, especially in that weak WR room. Cooks, Nico Collins, Metchie (hurt), ?, ?  I think after that is Philip Dorsett. So Johnson has a real shot to make a quick impact.

Maybe I’m remembering wrong, but I recall most reporters saying Devon Allen had a pretty bland camp. I’ve heard far more praise for Covey than Allen.

Allen's long TD and more importantly as a gunner showed he has some skills worth cultivating on the PS.

I'm guessing he gets cut after week 1 and they try and put on PS. Maybe they thought someone else was going to claim him?

Has a ND QB worked out since Montana?

Brady Qui...nevermind.

I'm OK with retiring numbers, and have no real issue with the ones for players I have watched (JB mainly was due to his untimely passing, and Reggie/Dawk/McNabb clearly deserved it). But the "shadow" retiring of numbers is ridiculous. If you want to wait a year or 2, sure. But Randall's in the Eagles HOF now. Time to move on.

A 7th and a conditional 4th is WAY more than I expected. Now, which WR becomes WR5? Cain, Covey, Allen or someone outside the org?

So... 2023 7th and a 2024 5th.   Wish they could have worked something out that got us JJ too... guess its asking too much.

We could have had Tee Higgins right now instead of Reagor but I'm happy with AJ and Devonta.
