For tomorrow's Phillies-Padres game the availability of pitchers should be as follows:

Zack Wheeler starter good for a full 100 pitches
Jose Alvarado good for 1 inning of relief
Seranthony Dominguez good for 1 inning of relief ... possibly 2
Zach Eflin good for 1 inning of relief (pitch count 13 in game 4 and 17 in game 3)
Dave Robertson good for 1 inning of relief (pitch count 17 in game 4 and zero in game 3)
Noah Syndergaard good for 1-2 innings of relief (pitch count 17 in game 4 and zero in game 3)

Connor Brogdon, Brad Hand and Bailey Falter unlikely to be used.  Brogdon for pitch count (32 in game 4) Hand and Falter for effectiveness. 
Kyle Gibson available for relief if Padres get out to a big lead, but not if the game is tight.

Aaron Nola held out as the prospective game 6 starter (if necessary)
