What's there to even disagree with? He's in the protocol for over a week because he has a documented concussion and symptoms. Not some conspiracy theory about Tua.

I hardly "went off". I'm telling you how concussions work. There isn't some standard or set of rules when it comes to a concussion.

I disagreed with the below. Also it's not some conspiracy lol

What is Dillard's status? Could he play RT if Lane can't go on Sunday?

Regarding overreaction over concussions based on social media blow back, the relevant part starts at 2:05.

I would not be surprised of the refs/NFL screw over some teams based on idiotic decision making.

"He's actually fine and only in the protocol because of Tua" is a conspiracy theory.

There have been players enter the protocol, clear the protocol, and not have to miss a game, all this after Tua.

He should be good to go if needed. Not at RT though.

I doubt it. Which really blows my mind. I get that in his rookie season it may have been hard to make the adjustment but he's in year 4 now. If Jack Driscoll can do it on some level, there's no reason Dillard shouldn't be able to by now.

IIRC, Didn't Mailata play RT due to Lane injury a few years back?

Yea, last year too they had to move Mailata to RT and had Dillard at LT when Johnson had to miss time

What is the going price for Robert Quinn, a 3rd round pick?  If so, do you make that trade?

Yep.  And Mailata looked fine at RT as well.

a 3rd for a 32 year old DE with upcoming cap hits of $18 and  $17 million.  No thank you.

I wouldn't go higher than a 5. His salary is too high

Yea. He's also really streaky.

Not great

That means nothing as far as his status for Sunday is concerned.

Sure, would have liked him to clear it by now. But maybe hes far enough along in it that he can clear it tomorrow or Friday.

Yea, that's the way it seems to be pointing. He was watching the walkthrough today.

I think everyone realized he wasn't playing because instantly the Cowboys were getting pressure on his side. The impact of Lane being out was instant.

I talked to a dude in the subway on the way home after the game who hadn’t even noticed that Johnson was out. I had to inform him that Driscoll played right tackle the entire second half.

If he hadnt started yet thats a bigger issue. But maybe he has cleared a few steps. Maybe tomorrow he participates in practice and gets cleared.

Its ambiguous.

I guess a little worrying that he only has a few days left. But we dont know that he wont still clear in time. So, hopefully...
