That is incredible.  While it was difficult to spot the exact moment that injury occurred, the entire right side of the OL transformed into doodoo the second he went out (and they showed him walking into the tunnel).  Was the dude hammered drunk?  If so, then I'll accept it.

Maybe the guy you were speaking to was Johnson.

Robert Quinn - what's the story on him?  Seems to have bounced around the league quite a bit?  He was pretty decent for da Bears against the Pats but I'm hoping we didn't give much for him.

 

Good value on that trade. Helps an area which we could use a boost.

So, all he costs is his pro-rated base salary this year (base is $12.8mm, so just over $8mm I think) with no guaranteed money left. For a guy who had 18.5 sacks last year and will be our 3rd DE. Great trade for a 4th round pick.

EDIT: And now see report Bears are picking up most of his salary...even better.

A 4 is the most I would have done for Quinn given his production this year, but I get it.

Eagles would be on the hook for his remaining base salary of 8,176,470, and has a cap hit of 12.9 million next year.

That leaves the Eagles with 1.9 million in 2022 cap room, and 3.7 million in 2023 cap room.

Believe the bears are paying majority of the salary. 

I wanted Quinn early on but he's not having a good year. Hopefully it's nothing to be concerned about because he's getting paid and will be here next year most likely. He's no spring chick
