I need more physics in my life to fully understand but with women in the 23-45 demographic that look like Kate uptown and her model friends… with no or lack of clothes

I agree, but how many women die at an age of 45 or less?  You have to live with a woman well past 45 ... if you choose to live with a woman at all.

That stadium in Oakland is an actual toilet. The field floods with urine and excrement from time to time.

No city has a right to a team. You support them or they leave. Oakland is now a minor league city while Vegas is not.

People from Oakland can drive to teams of all 4 major sports in SF and SJ.
