 I think Olsen is OK.  Romo is good but there are times where he talks for like a minute straight and you forget what's happening because he's been rambling.  I like Romo and Nance regardless.

No, but maybe Smith is getting sick of WR screens thrown to him with no where to go so he decided to try something different. 

Our TE screens are very effective. RB screens rarely used.  WR screens horribly ineffective.
