He would have been fine had he just celebrated and everyone would have been OK with that.  The rule is not taking a helmet off however.  He broke that rule.  Know the rules and stick to them.  The Eagles WR put on a choreographed dance routine after each Brown TD with no flags.  Brown points his finger twice and gets a penalty.  I don't make the rules but I also think it's easy to just follow them.  It think 4 guys doing a preplanned dance is worse than finger pointing or a helmet off.

Same thing with the Astros.  I think the Phillies have every right to complain about the illegal bat being used with no consequences.  It may have been illegal by the tiniest margin, but still illegal.  Follow the rules, it's not hard.
