He clearly needs to go to some wasteland of a team like Sacramento where there is no spotlight on him or any expectations of contending.  He's as mentally broke as Fultz was. Sending Fultz to a place like Orlando was the best thing for him.

He needs to go back to college and learn how to shoot it or play as a forward.  Hes worthless on a modern NBA court

Until next season rolls around and then most of that fanbase will be ignoring the Phillies again until whenever they make the playoffs again.

My favorite part about this is that your sports talk shows are literally ignoring a soon to be 8-0 football team to talk about baseball, and I know that just drives you to insanity.

Baseball is unusual in that...playoff baseball...IMO, is actually unpleasant to watch when your team is in the field.  It's like watching a loved one swim across a shark infested river.  Edge of your seat?  Sure.  But sometimes you'd rather just close your eyes and fast forward.

Unless it's a game like last night I agree.  It's so nerve wrecking but damn is it exciting when it's a team you love.  Last night was a pure joy.  Teeing off on the opposing pitchers with a rocking CBP.  Fantastic.

I am actually glad Tampa has started like this.  I have Brady in my $$ league ( 7-1 and the 1 seed currently ), and you know he will get right eventually.  Will be great for the fantasy playoffs.

I don’t think Brady is their biggest issue on offense. I think his issues stem from the interior oline being bad. Their interior oline has been bad both run blocking and pass blocking. Fournette has nowhere to run when they try in between the tackles. His fantasy numbers look great cause they get behind and have a bunch of dump offs to him and he scored a td. I’m actually surprised they didn’t try to make a move for at least a guard at the deadline to help. I still think they figure it out. They likely aren’t getting to the nfc title game but i think they figure a way to make the playoffs.

Biden now to give a previously unscheduled prime time speech tonight.  Since the WS is on Fox you wonder if they will cut away from the game for that drivil.

He does not belong in the NBA. The league is already soft, he's softer than a bag of wet mice.

Personally I find a bag of them quite crunchy.

@HazletonEagle You were with me on Brisker, right? He’s off to a nice start.

Yep. He was my favorite safety assuming we couldnt land Anderson.

Wish the Phils played a home Sunday game this series because the blue hat cream colored jerseys are my favorite of their uniforms.

Love the cream uniforms, hate the hat though.  Not sure what it is about it, just don't like it.  Not sure what I would like better but something about that hat throws the uniform off.

My (unofficial, dont worry about saving it) prediction: Quinn gets his first sack but it's called back due to excessive contact to the head and (mostly) neck area

I havent seen many neck jokes which is disappointing.  Ill give you guys a pass due to the Phillies distraction

To each their own. Judging just from my group of friends, the creams are a mixed bag. Some love em, some hate em. I rank:

Throwback powder blues

Cream

Home pinstripes

Road greys

I got voluntold to work a girls junior high basketball game tomorrow. It begins at 5:30. I hope it only lasts till 7:30. Thats about the best case scenario. Even so, its about 1 hour from home for me so I may be late for the start of the eagles game.

Please hold off on any posts about the game until I return home and get caught up.

Thanks!

The Eagles are definitely the best, most complete team in the NFC. It’s not close. However, I think the 49ers are the most challenging matchup for the Eagles. Just my feeling.

Yup 49ers are pretty stacked, Jimmy G just has to not screw it up.

Do we? I wouldn't be surprised if he did, but he's really looked like a mere mortal this year. However, with his marriage now officially over, he has nothing else to dedicate himself to, so I'm interested to see how it plays out.

He is not a mobile quarterback, so their interior offense of line, which has been bad, is a huge issue for him. Unlike Josh Allen, Mahomes, lamar, herbert and hurts who move really well and can avoid some of that pressure at times. That’s really not Brady’s game especially not at 45. To me the biggest issue the  Bucs have on offense is that marpet retired in the offseason and Jensen is hurt.

their run defense has gotten worse as time has gone on. I think some of that is they just get worn down because the offense isn’t able to sustain drives consistently.

To me, royal blue is just blah.  It's too basic, especially when mixed with red.

I'm probably in the minority but my favorite Phils uniform is the 80s white pinstripes that accompanied the baby blues.  Maroon is such an underused color in professional sports. Also, love the old cursive P versus the script P.

I think combining their maroon with cream would look incredible.

Yup.  LOVED the maroon ones.

So the rumors of Kyren Williams ascension have been greatly exaggerated.

Dan Snyder has reportedly hired bank of America to sell the commanders.

Sad day under Snyder they've been a joke.🤡

G-d bless Dan Snyder and Jerry.  May they never, ever leave their teams.

This popped up a couple weeks ago on eBay. I have never seen a gamer worn one before. Only had about 35-338 that could be gamers (coaches and players) for 1979 where they used it for one game before trashing it.

Yup, curious to see who buys the commanders???

And what Snyder's next venture will be, I'm guessing he's going to try to blow up the moon...
