I have to admit, I was confused by this tweet because even though I watch all the games, my perception was that Isaiah was a nice complimentary player to CJ Johnson, who seems to get more attention / fanfare.

So, I looked it up and Winstead has more catches and yards (5th in NCAA) than CJ, which is a bit shocking to me.

He definitely has NFL size and some raw skills that I could see being developed, and he has made some acrobatic catches. So, I get the comparison.

I guess I just never considered him as that level of a player. Maybe because he’s at ECU and I don’t get to see him play against top competition.

I’ll pay more attention now.
