I still blame the defense almost entirely for this game so far. Offense has had long, sustained drives.

Hurts fumbled to end one drive. And he got freaky and let time run out on this drive to force a longer FG, which was missed.

When you go face the Bills, we cant have Hurts holding this offense back.

Bad decision for Jalen to run there and forcing a long FG

Why i said call a timeout with 12 seconds left and try to get more yards on a quick play to the sidelines. 54 yards isn’t a gimme especially with how we are playing tonight.

Hurts called timeout right after he got tackled. Not sure what happened there.

This defense won't stand a chance against a  Bills or Chiefs team

These a-holes think they can freeze Jake Elliott?

How did that work out.

Do you ever get sick of being wrong.

Much will be made of Davis’s absence, but the defense, to a man, is playing like garbage.  DBs are getting toasted, DL blown up, and everyone blowing tackles.  All of that doesn’t come from missing a DT.

Yup still waiting for a ILB to make a tackle...

Worry about that in the Super Bowl.

Offense has been good except for the decision to settle for one from 53 out.

Defense…wow.  I’m stunned by how horrible they look.

He was signaling to Siri, he said wait

He avoided a sack and got into fg range. Would have liked him to have thrown it away or take a shot.

Would love to see what he was looking at there when he held it for too long and then had to scramble. It looked like a shot play was called and he didnt pull the trigger. I bet someone was open.

While I agree, the defense has been horrendous. They know they’re going to run all game and can’t stop it.

Tbh i don’t think edwards has played very well since that Dallas game. Add on white isn’t known as a run defender.

This is about to be one of the best nights in Houston Sports history if they upset the Eagles and beat the Phillies.

And you will celebrate one of those

I think this is the TNF effect more than anything..the line and defense are tired and traveling on 3 days' rest. They just don't have that juice. It'll just be nice to juay escape with a win and have 10 days off.

So embarrassing

Agreed, it goes way past not having Davis. The defense isn't physical at all. And they look clueless.

Letting the clock run down was ridiculous. Call TO and try to pick up a few more yards or throw it out of bounds.

Jalen called TO immediately, I guess the refs didn't see it. Not sure if Nick called for it right away or not.

Like I said after last game when Davis went down, wait till they see Derrick Henry.

Message to the offense: don't forget you can run the ball. That should be a huge emphasis in the 2nd half.

And Jonathan Taylor

correct. and yet, we should be up by 10 points. The ONLY reason we are not, is because of the offense. Specifically, Hurts.

I'd really love to see some better scheming to get DeVonta Smith involved that isn't a WR screen.  He seems like an afterthought

I just can't get over Gannon. He's just running what they normally run, but with Wilson or another nose instead of Davis. No adjustments. Still playing back.

Probably an unpopular opinion given their record but this team doesn't feel like a Bills or Chiefs type of juggernaut. For me, there are red flags abound.

Brady said it best about this year's NFL landscape... "I think there's a lot of bad football, from what I watch."

I saw that too and was confused when I saw the clock stop at :03.

Not a scheme issue, that is a personnel issue.

Still 14 points is not that bad in the NFL.

Problem is, the highest scoring 2nd quarter offense in the NFL did not do that against a bad defense.
