He wanted to move to safety because they make more than nickelbacks.

  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

I’d probably let Bradberry walk too, unless he wants to give us a team-friendly deal. Signing 30-year-olds to big contracts is risky.

He's fit in so seamless with us, it's nice having two shutdown CBs and a dependable secondary.

All comes down to the moolah.

The further we get, the more bad teams will overpay for our players. Remember the contracts Trey Burton, Patrick Robinson, and Beau Allen got after 2017

Yup.

Eagles gotta take advantage of this year, too many key guys will be too old or gone then hurts will get paid.

Gotta strike while iron is hot and hurts is still on his rookie deal.

Winning isn’t easy. 8-0

incredible. 🦅

Win or lose this game, I'm riding with the team til they lose. Too late to give up on em now. Find a way even if we gotta take 2 in Houston.

Just stand there Castellanos.

Howie is gonna offer him safety money, and CJG's agent will tell him to test the market probably as he's technically a corner playing safety.

Safety money is better than slot corner money.

I was jealous watching Pierce run tonight. Would love to have a back like that along with Sanders, but that won’t happen this year. He’s a punishing runner. Wasn’t their A-game tonight but they still won by double digits on the road on a short week and another strong game from Hurts. Good to have 10 days rest now too.

While I like the current corner situation, Howie needs to draft a good one for once in his GM career.

As much as I hate Thursday night games, I love getting a win on Thursday night, knowing that no one can gain ground on us on Sunday.

Considering the way some teams have played on Thursday this year (awful), tonight's performance wasn't all that bad. It's not easy to play on three day's rest. Happy with the win.

I think it's a completely different game if Hurts doesn't fumble at the ten yard line early on. The Texans were waiting to get curb stomped and that gave them life.

Before his field goal attempt at the end of the half, I predicted it would go wide right. He was fading his kicks badly that way against the Steelers. Also at first glance it looked like the snap was low.

Well of course but that’s about as tall a task there is in sports

I get it. You can’t pay for past production though. You have to project what he’ll be moving forward.

still don't know what they see in covey

BIRDS - 41

Texans - 16

Jalen - Rush TD

Miles - Rush TD

AJ - TD

Devonta - TD

Goedert - TD

Jake FG x 2

Defense:  Sack Party, INT and Fumble recovery.

Honestly, They left about 2 TD's out there so I like the prediction this week.

My biggest concerns…

1. Run D

2. LT

Teams kicking short of the EZ is completely disrespectful. There is zero fear of us having a good return.

Thought the ump was going to call that strike 3.

Yeah I mean he's just not good at all. He offers no threat.

Yes, good vibes.

Holy crap he walked. That's a miracle.

Fair, it will/would be agonizing seeing him walk though. He's got at least two more years of solid production imo.
