Ironically, if Segura had taken off to steal second earlier, that's an easy 2 RBI double into the corner.  But because he was still at first, the first baseman was holding him on.  No way he makes that play if he's in his regular position.

Just saying...

 If he had, then the 1B is not there.  Running yourself out of the inning is the negative outlook.  The optimistic outlook is that by getting an extra runner in scoring position, a single gets you 2, not 1.  Also... could have been done while Marsh was up instead... and eliminate the double.play option.  

 

It's called second guessing... baseball lends itself to those sorts of questions.  I don't know Pressly's time to the plate, but he didn't seem to even notice Segura.
